"This hotel is gorgeous and our room was clean, huge and well appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable, by far the nicest we encountered in our 10 days in Mexico. The hotel is in a good location. Close to many things, but on a quiet street. It's so close to being perfect, but we felt like they needed to take our room out of service for a few days to do some maintenance. "The building is beautiful and the location is very nice but a lot of missing details made the stay only average. There was also some incorrect information on the Hotels.com website. The website showed check on at noon, but in reality it was 3 pm. I also filtered on rooms with a kitchen which I thought meant that our suite had a fridge, microwave etc. In fact the kitchen was shared by all guests and was two floors down from our suite. So while it's true that there is a kitchen it was not...

"I absolutely loved everything about this hotel – from the beautiful rooms to the excellent service, everything was top-notch! The staff was friendly, the amenities were perfect, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. The breakfast buffet was especially amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. However, the only downside I encountered was the Wi-Fi. It was often slow and at times didn't work at all, which was a bit frustrating. Other than that, my stay was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!"

The historic beautiful hotel

"I always enjoy the stay on this beautiful historic Hotel in the city center of Mexico City. The hotel is well centered close and walkable to everything you need like shops, restaurants, attractions. It’s a very safe area you can move in uber wich is very convenient to a lot of places. The hotel is amazing i really recommend it"

"We were given a really noisy and extremely hot room. The sun was hitting directly all day on our window. But when we asked for a room change and specifically asked for a room at the back of the building, we were very very pleased with it. Though the rooms do not have a frigo or a coffe maker who can beat that price in one of the best areas of CDMX!!!!"
