"I liked the detailed professional help I got when I called close to midnight from the airport to find out how to get to the hotel. I learned about the shuttle I booked but didn’t find immediately at the airport. I also liked very much that my niece got surprised with a birthday cake, a card and a sparkling wine for the two of us on her birthday. This was an unexpected fabulous and very empathetic professional service! "

"We had 4 nights at this hotel, room was ready early, and check in was a breeze. Room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Location was perfect for public transport and many things were within walking distance. Staff were very attentive and I would definitely book this hotel if I was to vidit this city agsin. "
