"The view is spectacular!! Our kids thought the place was amazing and we also enjoyed it. Owner was very quick to answer any questions we had. It's a little tricky to get to; but that was likely due to us not being from Germany/the area/understanding how the roads work. Once we understood how to get to it, it was a breeze to come and go. "The owner was very good at communicating, although I only gave a 3 for accuracy of the listing because it stated there was a washing machine but one was not available. We were on a 3 week vacation so we were hoping to do some washing. However the kitchen was very well set up with an abundance of coffee and tea. The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. I would recommend this property."

Für einen kurztripp in Ordnung, Einzig die Abrechnung bei Abreise etwas seltsam, aufpassen, sonst zahlt man zweimal für Endreinigung und Wäschepaket. Energiekosten sehr hoch."

"Meine Frau und ich wollten uns zum 20 jährigen Jahrestag ein wenig Erholung gönnen. Was wir bekamen war einfach weit über unseren Erwartungen. Jeder wird sich vor der Buchung die Beschreibungen zum Haus Tropica durchlesen und etwa wissen was Ihn erwartet. Aber wenn man da ist und dann sieht wie alles bis ins aller letzte Detail durchdacht ist (Sauberkeit, Ordnung, Qualität, Optik, smarte Beleuchtung). Hier wurde nicht einfach nur billiges Zeug gekauft um das Ferienhaus damit auszustatten....

The owners are both very friendly and helpful. There are Weinguts in and around the village. There is a fairly priced bicycle hire shop within the village and the riverside cycle paths will take you the entire length of the river without having to worry about cars. "The property is clean very modern and well equipped. It is situated in a very pleasant area of Wolf with some very good restaurants within walking distance, the Wolfshof being exceptionally good. You do need a car if you want to take advantage of all the local amenities. There is a lovely heated outdoor pool and mini golf in Traben Trarbach which is only five minutes away by car."

"Very nice. Only drawback is that they don't do breakfast (there is a good kitchen with everything you need if you have supplies). There is a coffee machine and there's a bakery just up the street that was open even on Sunday morning, so it isn't a disaster if you don't come equipped."
