"The owner was very good at communicating, although I only gave a 3 for accuracy of the listing because it stated there was a washing machine but one was not available. We were on a 3 week vacation so we were hoping to do some washing. However the kitchen was very well set up with an abundance of coffee and tea. The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. I would recommend this property."

"Perfekt, angefangen mit der sehr netten Begrüßung durch die Vermieterin, die Betten bequem,sehr gute Ausstattung, für Raucher ein überdachtes Plätzchen mit Sitzgelegenheit sowie Bereitstellung eines Aschenbechers nebst Feuerzeug. Begrüßungsgeschenke in Form von Leckereien. Zu dem sehr zentral gelegen. Unterhaltung, Ausflugsziele alles schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank."

"This is a very unique property in that you check yourself in through a machine and locate your room by yourself. There is a communal dining area where you can prepare your own food. We had an issue with noise, being at the front of the hotel, and the manager who was present in the morning moved us and upgraded us to a remarkable room with a balcony! This is a beautiful property! It is very unique. The service was outstanding!"

"Minor suggestion! When you know your guests are from America, I think it is a safe bet to provide still vs sparkling water! 😝 but the thought was still appreciated! Thanks and hope to stay again!"

"A lovely, well-equipped house in a stunning location with its own fabulous garden. Brilliant for our family group of 10. Lots to do locally. The gem museum, gem mine, Celtic settlement were great trips and the open-air swimming pool in Rhaunen was much enjoyed. We visited Herrstein twice! Klaus and Anna were really helpful hosts. Highly recommended."

"From the outside it just looks like a basic hotel, but it exceeded my expectations! Really cute rooms with a pop of color. So comfortable and very spacious. The service team was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!"
