The bed(s) were singles pulled together, not fastened, so they separated if you turned over during the night. The beds also had very ill fitting toppers on them which also moved. "The room was tiny, dirty and stuffy with no AC to help regulate the temperature. We had to pay extra for a bed that I would have assumed came with the room as I booked it for three people. Staff were often not around at the front desk to help, because they were short staffed. Machines in the games room, stopped working (although a discount was offered when this happened). Breakfast was okay. But the restaurant was overpriced and poor quality. We ordered Patas Braves and got and burnt plate...

"We think the hotel was OK, needs a bit of an update, faster lift, better beds, a spare pillow should be provided, bigger TV in the room/ too small for the room size. The wifi was very slow and not really suitable to try and use for business purpose in my experience. It is nicely situated and the staff were friendly, an update of the technology would improve it a lot. "
