"The area of this place is somewhat unsafe. The room does not have AC, so I had to keep the window open during night as it was a very hot day. But, I kept on hearing noise from the street in front of the hotel, including siren sound. There is no elevator in the building, so I had to use stairs to reach my 3rd floor room. "

"Staff were brilliant. Breakfast was so good- so much choice. Close to Aldi the tram that takes you into centre. The Turkish restaurant (Istanbul restaurant the 2 local Greek restaurants are really good and decent value for money. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the chef was such a good character - always offered us a choice of eggs/checked our breakfast was ok and spoke to us gave great recommendations. "Business trip, good check in, was there early around 11am but room was ready. Rooms were spacious and clean, pillows not the best on the bed! Breakfast was a little sparse in the offering, no German sausage which was a surprise! Overall a good hotel, nicely located near the city centre."

"A great surprise of a hotel - we were able to check in early which was a real godsend as we had a very early flight that morning. The service was excellent and the breakfast superb. The room was basic and maybe a little tired but much more than adequate. The location was good opposite the main station and a tram ride from the centre and the stadium"

"Nice staff and great restaurant. Hotel a bit “tired” ie carpets worn etc. Biggest problem was I had a room with the busy road on one side and the open atrium in the centre of the hotel on the other. This meant that there was a lot of noise when trying to sleep from both sides of the bedroom with the bar being in the atrium below."

"Das Konzept ist top keine Frage. Allerdings war der Kühlschrank sehr laut im Zimmer und in der Dusche war der Wasserdruck gering, so dass man mit einer Löwenmähne Schwierigkeiten hatte das Shampoo aus den Haaren zu bekommen. Aber sonst einwandfrei und sauber und die Küchenausstattung hochwertig, auch war unser grosszügig. "

"The property was clean and fairy easy to access. Parking was good. The property is in a highrise building from the 70's. Smelled a bit musty. We didn't use the pool or sauna, so can't comment. It was close to downtown and the Sole Terme. We had to pay extra for bedding and towels! The bed was not very comfortable. I am not sure what the mattress was stuffed with, maybe grass, lol. It was hard and uncomfortable. Make sure you bring everything you need, including shower jell, shampoo, etc."
