The staff were very helpful from the first step inside the lobby....... Actually reading my notes that my wife doesn't like elevators and putting us 1 floor up. Then ordering a pizza for us because it was quite late after long travel day. Finally switching our ribs when the heating wasn't working in the first room. Side note the hotel was very nice also. But the staff were the best

There’s no kettle / coffee majer or iron in business rooms. Why do I have to go to lobby for just a coffee or to iron in front of all guests?

Don’t expect to be able to park at the hotel!
Clean, modern rooms. Easy digital check-in. Please be aware that the hotel only has ~14 parking lots, all of which typically are occupied. As such, guests should expect to pay for parking separately at a garage some 4 minutes away (15 euro a night). I would recommend the hotel to communicate the lack of parking spots much more clearly (I used the “parking”-filter at hotels.com to find the hotel, so I was very disappointed with the lack of parking)

Das Hotel ist sehr neu, alle Möbel makellos, alles schön unangetastet. Das Zimmer war klimatisiert, was bei 30 Grad Plus draußen ein Segen war. Leider ist mir das Designer-Waschbecken als recht unpraktisch vorgekommen: Das Wasser sammelt sich teilweise auf der breiten, als Ablage gedachten Oberfläche und fließt kaum ab, so dass meine Kulturtasche von unten komplett durchnässt wurde. Desweiteren war das Personal nicht sehr höflich und wirkte kurz angebunden. Vielleicht hatten sie einfach einen schlechten Tag, auffällig war es dennoch. Ich habe zudem keine Bestätigung der Buchung erhalten und musste mich selbst erkundigen, ob die Buchung eingegangen ist und ob man mit meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel überhaupt rechne. Von anderen Hotels bin ich da Anderes gewohnt.
