Hotel is located near the centre of town, next door to tramline. Simple and basic amenities, but certainly adequate. We missed having coffee and tea making facilities in the room. We only had one pillow each and the bedding was very light. We were surprised how little parking was available on our arrival at 6 pm, it must’ve been even worse for people coming later. The downstairs parking involved in effect driving into what looked like a metal cage and was very far from comfortable to get into unless you had a very small car. We were surprised to be charged €19 for parking one night. We did not dine in the hotel and in retrospect with lads that we did not because the piped music was very intrusive. More of a business person’s hotel than a holiday destination

Das Hotel lag für unseren Besuch in der Volkswagen Halle sehr günstig. Diese war fußläufig in 10 - 15 Minuten erreichbar. Vom Hauptbahnhof mit der Straßenbahn zum Hotel nur 2 Stationen. Zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten. Wir hatten ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade. Das Zimmer lag ruhig zum Innenhof, war groß und funktionell eingerichtet. Badezimmer mit Regendusche war ebenfalls gross, aber leider ohne Heizung etwas kalt. Einzig der Fön wäre verbesserungswürdig. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Kaffee aus dem Automaten recht gut. Es gab auch Filterkaffe aus der Kanne.Tee, div. Säfte und sogar Prosecco. Div. Eierspeisen und was man von einem Buffet erwarten darf. Leider wurde bei unserem Besuch um 9.15 Uhr nichts mehr nachgelegt. Die Damen am Empfang waren überaus freundlich, wie auch der junge Mann an der Bar. Der Check in war bereits um 14.30 Uhr statt um 15.00Uhr möglich. Früheres Einchecken hätte 15.-€ Aufpreis gekostet. Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und würden dort wieder buchen.
