"Had a fabulous short stay here. Room was ready when we arrived at 10.30am and the lady on reception couldn’t have been more helpful in giving us information on the local area. Staff were always pleasant and polite. Lovely breakfast. We also had an early check out but they still made us a great cuppa before going and gave us some take away bags for us to fill with pastries for our journey. Very convenient location for visiting all the local attractions and less than a 10 minute walk to the bus...

The room and the bathroom was very clean and comfortable, very thoughtfully equipped with maps and information on different touristic attractions in the area. "The property location is right in the center of old town. You can walk to any part of the city in 15-20 mins. The staff were great and went above and beyond. The building is really cool, being so old and historical. The local Il Duomo is a short 5 min walk and Can be seen from most of the rooms in the hotel. "

"This was an ok stay but i would not stay again. It was nosey as i could hear the other residents enter and exit they're rooms. The key is old and was difficult to lock and unlock the door to my room, which felt unsafe at times as the "motion light" in hallway was not great. A light didnt work in my room and the tv remote didnt work either. Nice thing is the free water by the entrance and one of the 2 bathrooms shared between 7 rooms. The area was decent and felt safe at night. "

"Great location in city center. Very clean always. 2 negatives. There is no elevator, of the 5 rooms only room 1 was on the ground floor. They should let people know about that. Only other thing is that in the shower stall there’s no where to put your soap and shampoo. You have to keep picking them up off the floor."

"Absolutely great place. Easy check-in, friendly staff, clean, modern room, comfy bed. Some didn’t like the gray theme, but that's the trend. Didn't bother us as everything else was top notch. Elevator, underground car park and only 20 minutes from Verona. Easy drive. Highly recommend. And based on the person that checked us in, spent the next night in Bardolina on the largest lake in Italy. We had no idea. "
