"We had a wonderful stay at The Garden Cottage. It certainly lives up to its name! We loved walking the property and seeing the beautiful plants and a little wildlife. "My husband & I along with another couple stayed in The Outlook from Friday to Sunday. It was the perfect place! We loved the house, the location, the amenities, the cleanliness and the decor. We hope to visit again! As for Mentone, the shops were fun to visit & see all the creativity and arts. The Wildflower Cafe is a MUST as well as The Hatter. "I really enjoyed staying here! I decided to come by myself and just get some peace, quiet, and relaxation. It was very comfortable. Loved the shower. A few Japanese beetles decided to come in, but no big deal as I get them sometimes at my home. Cell service is spotty, but to be honest....it was actually a blessing to be able to kind of disconnect. I will definitely be re-booking here in the near future! Thank you guys so much!"

"We thought we were going to have privacy. I saw we were offered the big house,that we didn't know was there until two days before our trip and I was given the address. I was told we could have stayed in the main house but there was someone in the main house. The coffee pot was sticky. we only stayed Friday night and didn't go back. I thought we had a private deck and felt like we were trespassing on the main house's deck. Not the privacy we thought from the pictures."

"The cottage was easy to find and the view from the back deck was amazing! The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and well equipped! We had to cut our visit short due to incoming storms but Seth and Emmye were super nice and responsive. Would definitely rent again!"
