"Stayed in this hotel several times in the past 13 month great location for parking ,shopping and entertainment let down thus time as heating was not working correctly so had to ask for extra heater plus smart tv came on several times through the night "

"Booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child. Grest price and great location. Check in was easy and quick. Got to the room to find only 1 bed, despite the booking being for 2 adults and 1 child. Back down to reception to ask if a single bed could be set up to be met by quite possibly the most abrupt and rude person this hotel employs. Was met with "we only do double beds, did you not read your booking!" "Well, we might have a single bed but can you not see how busy we are." Now personally, it is...

"Room was in the 5th floor so nice and quiet. Very close to the OVO so was ideal for us. Less than 5 minute walk. Room was clean and fine for a one night stay. Price was reasonable."

"Comfortable room. Nice size. Hotel & restaurant are different companies, Restaurant menu is quite small as it’s a small hotel tucked out of the way, but the food is really good quality for the price & it’s not too far to Stirling or Alva if you are staying for a long stay as we were, if you wanted to try something else. The hotel front of house staff/bar staff are very friendly & pleasant "
