"We had 8 adults, 8 kids and an infant for our annual family get-away. The interior of the home was spotless with plenty of room for everyone including plenty of towels and linens. The yard and area around the fire pit and pool was in need of some TLC but the pool itself was fantastic! Vani was very easy to communicate with. The AC had trouble keeping up upstairs and the lower level was cold, but the temperature outside was in the upper 90’s-100 every day. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We were only able to stay one night but the owners had the house stocked with a pitcher of filtered water, coffee, snacks, & breakfast items as well as had the heat on for us when we came in from the cold. They also recommended Q39 BBQ which was 14min from the house and it was excellent. All-in-all, we are looking forward to returning to The Little House our next time in Kansas City. "

"I was nervous about preparing Thanksgiving meal in an unfamiliar kitchen. This house had all I needed, plus a big fridge and a great oven (baked my pumpkin pie better than my own oven). It was nice to have 2+ bathrooms, a big driveway and use of the garage. My grandsons had a great time at several parks in the neighborhood. Beds were comfortable too. "

"We (very comfortably) stayed here for a full week. The house is perfectly equipped and accessoried. The beds are quite comfortable; eveyone slept well. We cooked many meals and had everything we needed to do it. It snowed 3 inches one day and the host sent someone to clear the snow away from the entrances and drop salt to prevent slipping. How's that for service!! Bottomline, this is a terrific home and the host does an incredible job!"

"Overall, our experience was OK however, as a group of 12 to families coming together, there was zero room to gather as a group. The furniture was all miniature sized and very uncomfortable, probably Wayfair special. The beds were small. The master bathroom did not have any hot water. We had a gas leak outside. "Very comfortable and clean home with amenities for a family stay at the holidays. Excellent well stocked kitchen and appliances. Great communication from host. Located close to groceries, restaurants, and shopping. We would definitely stay here again in the future."

"House was in a great location not far from anything. We stayed while attending a KU basketball game. Campus is short drive. Home was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Didn’t need to contact host for anything. Ryan reached out multiple time to ensure our stay was great. The king bed, bathroom, and layout upstairs is nice and spacious. The stairs are a little steep, but there is railing to help. I didn’t have any issues with it. I would stay here again. "
