"This property was perfect for our family of 8 +1 dog. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and the three floors offered good separation when we needed it. We prepared portions of our extended family Thanksgiving meal and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was responsive. We would stay here again. "

We cooked many meals and had everything we needed to do it. It snowed 3 inches one day and the host sent someone to clear the snow away from the entrances and drop salt to prevent slipping. How's that for service!! Bottomline, this is a terrific home and the host does an incredible job!"

"Overall, our experience was OK however, as a group of 12 to families coming together, there was zero room to gather as a group. The furniture was all miniature sized and very uncomfortable, probably Wayfair special. The beds were small. The master bathroom did not have any hot water. We had a gas leak outside. "House was in a great location not far from anything. We stayed while attending a KU basketball game. Campus is short drive. Home was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Didn’t need to contact host for anything. Ryan reached out multiple time to ensure our stay was great. The king bed, bathroom, and layout upstairs is nice and spacious. The stairs are a little steep, but there is railing to help. I didn’t have any issues with it. I would stay here again. "

"We chose this home for our Thanksgiving gathering of 3 generations of family, and it was pretty great! Grandparents in the MBR on the main level, a family of four upstairs, and another family of 4 downstairs. Bathrooms for all! Living space is important to us so that we can gather and hang out as a group, and the living room worked very well for that. "The property was great. We had everything we would need just like at home. Lots of towels, comfortable beds. TVs in most all rooms, kitchen had anything you would need. "This is a cute place! Be prepared for some stairs; this duplex is a split level. The beds are comfortable, although very low to the ground. The couches look really nice, but they're not super comfortable. However, if you're out of the house a lot, it's not an issue. Very nice kitchen, two full bathrooms (one on each level), and a large eating area top off this house well. Good host communication, too!"

"6 of us stayed at this convenient older home. The location is a big plus since it is walking distance to KU and to all the unique shops and restaurants on Massachusetts. The owner of the home was easy to communicate with. The upstairs is a very private space with a bed and bathroom. I would stay again. "
