"We come to the area twice per year and have stayed in multiple locations. This is a new one for us but we really enjoyed staying here. It was easy to find and the directions were super easy to follow. Easy access to Yellowstone, the Gardiner market, and local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Oh and we got back one evening to the resident mule deer in the parking area!"

"What an amazing view. So close to the river and wildlife. We loved how peaceful it was sitting on the lawn or the deck and listening to nature and looking for wildlife. The home has a lot of storage which is nice for someone who overpacks. Lori is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. She really provides an abundance of provisions and even things normally not provided. We loved our stay and will for sure be back ! "

"My husband, sister and brother-in-law spent a great week at the 3 Lazy H. The property was spotless, well stocked and has a large, open floorplan for the kitchen and living room. All of the bedrooms are spacious and the master bath is huge. Our host JoLynn was super responsive and made us a batch of brownies as our welcome gift. The house is convenient to all that Gardiner has to offer, including a local Elk and Deer family. Highly recommend this property!"

"My wife and I visited the Tetons and Yellowstone with our daughters and their husbands. Had a great week in Cooke City ... easy in/out and just minutes from the best part of the park (Lamar Valley). Great house, stocked with everything you could need. More than enough room for 6 adults. Used the fire pit on the deck multiple nights watching the stars with the mountains in the background. Rented UTVs a block down the street - all trails could be accessed from the cabin ... had a blast. ...
