"The property is a little dated, the bathroom fan is just a smidge below the volume of a jet engine, but the location is excellent, the staff is excellent, and the value of the stay is very good. I can’t stress enough how good the staff was. For a motel style hotel, they delivered like they were the Ritz Carlton. “Can I help with your bags, can we recommend food, can we do anything to make your stay better…”"

"Comfortable house surrounded by mountains with a creek running behind. Our first morning we woke to four deer in the yard, saw elk on the mountain out front and saw rabbits frequently. Fully equipped home in a quiet, peaceful location."

"We enjoyed a nearly weeklong visit to Yellowstone N.P. while our kids were on winter break. This property was our home base for multiple trips to Mammoth and the Lamar Valley as well as a fabulous snow coach tour to Old Faithful. We appreciated the convenience of being close to the amenities in Gardiner and the entrance of the park. Our host provided nice touches including homemade cookies and holiday decorations in the house. The property was clean with high-quality furnishings and very comfortable beds. Our only minor suggestion to the host is to review the kitchen items, as some of the frying pans are well-worn (the non-stick coating is deteriorated). It also would have been great to have basic supplies such as plastic wrap and sandwich bags in the kitchen; we bought some and left them for future visitors. Otherwise, the house was wonderful and we would rent it again."
