"Awesome property, super cute! We have stayed there twice now. I just wish they had plowed the walkway/parking area like the last year we stayed in January. There was a large frozen over snow drift we had to walk on top of to get onto the sidewalk. A couple of us punched through it with our feet and almost fell. Definitely an injury waiting to happen! Other than that really enjoy the beds/shower and accessibility to Chico and surrounding areas. The radiant flooring is incredible, for winter!"

"Everything I would say about this property would be on a good note. The process, the house and amenities, the location, the view, to the giant dining room table, kitchen, bonus rooms. The 6' to bottom microwave is odd and there must be some stuck open zone valves on the radiant boiler or something because a couple rooms get hot when not calling. Hreat place, though."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. Great location Every room has windows overlooking the river and mountains where we saw elk everyday. The house was very comfortable and nicely furnished. Everything we needed was there. We were concerned at first that it is off the main road but it was a non issue. "

"Bunkhouse was perfect in every way. Clean, comfortable and no need unmet for 5 day stay. Great WiFi, TV, kitchen supplies, etc. Suzette did everything to make our stay perfect. Wouldn't change a thing, except to make plans to stay here again next year!"
