"We all enjoyed our stay for our Dad's 70th Birthday. The pool was used constantly! The house was very clean, well equipped and beds comfortable. The grounds and surrounding areas to the property are beautiful. Alan, the host was good at communicating and replied very quickly to any queries I had. My only gripe, which didn't detract from the stay at all, would be plastic cups for the pool area and maybe some pictures and ornaments throughout the house to make it feel more homely. Thank you...

"Wow, wow, wow!!! The property was exactly as described in the listing. Spectacular outdoor space that was perfect for enjoying drinks or meals on the patio looking at the amazong view. Easy walking distance to great stores and restaraunts in town. A short walk to one of the best golf courses in Scotland !! "

"Friendly welcome and Dougie the owner couldn’t be more helpful. We arrived wet and frozen on bicycles cycling NE 250 and didn’t expect much but whole place is amazing. Accommodation is clean and has everything one needs for comfortable stay. Big bonus is games room. One of THE BEST places we have stayed."

"We had an amazing sunny week in Gardenstown. Sunnyside House has a fabulous view over the village and out to sea. The sunsets are stunning! The house itself is clean, well decorated and and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The locals I met on my daily morning stroll around the village and along the beach were lovely and friendly. We loved Portsoy and Cullen and had some lovely beach and cliff top walks."

A lot of "extras " supplied which we have not had in other holiday properties Village was very quiet but we Knew that beforehand and that added to the "charm" Just enjoyed watching the Surfers ,the waves,and walking on the beach"

"An excellent glamping site with a chilled atmosphere and lovely landscape. We stayed in the Wheelhouse which is perfect for 2. It was rustic with nice basic facilities. The wee on site shop had ample supplies (bring cash for it). The area was lovely to walk around and we enjoyed the fishing hut community hub. We enjoyed our stay and loved the quirky site. Would definitely come back. "

"A perfect, peaceful stay in a magical wee cottage. Extremely well equipped and the wee extra special touches just made our stay even better. The location is perfect for exploring rural Aberdeenshire and the coast. Ally & Jason are warm and welcoming hosts and couldn't do enough for us.
