"This is a beautiful hotel that is in a fabulous location of old town Stockholm. It is like stepping back in time. It was perfect for our 2 nights in Stockholm. It had a lovely breakfast buffet. And conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, waterfront and the palace. Highly recommend this hotel."

"This was my sixth stay at Mälardrottningen, so obviously I’m a fan. It’s been a few years since my last stay and there have been some changes, the reception area has been relocated and the restaurant has been updated. It’s all very nice looking but requires that you drag your luggage up a metal ramp to check in. And as before, the stairs are short and somewhat steep so hang on to the hand rail. "Terrific people to work with and great value for the money. Centrally located in Stockholm. Two flights of stairs, no lift, the only downside. A good bit of street noise until about 1am. Reasonable trade off for the central location."
