"We book this hotel for the indoor pool and the relaxed atmosphere for a fun New Years Eve trip with kids. They love it, they have a blast, and the staff is great. The only downside is the people who book the same time and complain about noise…it is a kid friendly hotel…on NYE….so do not expect a quiet retreat. We had numerous calls from the front desk, thinking it was our room and it was not. There was a ton of kids in the hallway and surrounding rooms and after the 2nd call, I had to laugh because my boys were in bed. And I would prefer the kids to have fun and make those memories in the hotel with family so not sure why people complain in the first place so I loved hearing the noise and all the kids enjoying their trip!"

"I’ve been coming here for at least 20 years. I live about 20 miles west of Cleveland and I come down here to fish and hunt. This hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly! I’ve come to know a very nice lady named Barbara. She works behind the desk and is do kind and helpful. I look forward to seeing her every time I come here.I would and have recommended this hotel to a lot of my friends. A very nice place to stay! Thank you! See you soon!"

"Requested a 'street side' King Suite room. This was accommodated per my reservation. Cindy is a great host, the parking spaces are well lit, nice food options within walking distance, wonderful theatre next door! Poor Starbucks."
