"We book this hotel for the indoor pool and the relaxed atmosphere for a fun New Years Eve trip with kids. They love it, they have a blast, and the staff is great. The only downside is the people who book the same time and complain about noise…it is a kid friendly hotel…on NYE….so do not expect a quiet retreat. We had numerous calls from the front desk, thinking it was our room and it was not. There was a ton of kids in the hallway and surrounding rooms and after the 2nd call, I had to laugh...

"I’ve been coming here for at least 20 years. I live about 20 miles west of Cleveland and I come down here to fish and hunt. This hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly! I’ve come to know a very nice lady named Barbara. She works behind the desk and is do kind and helpful. I look forward to seeing her every time I come here.I would and have recommended this hotel to a lot of my friends. A very nice place to stay! Thank you! See you soon!"

"We didn’t like was that the trash bags were left in the bottom or side of the bin and not opened and put in the can. Our double room only had 3 towels and we had 4 people so had to call down but they were brought up promptly. Geri at the desk was awesome. "
