"We loved staying at here! The neighbor is quiet and calming compared the hustle and bustle of in town. The property is a 10 minute walk to a grocery store, which was very helpful when we arrived and our car was not available. When it became apparent that Hertz was NOT going to have a car for us (even with a reservation), Roger came to the rescue and found us a car to rent on Boxing Day! So grateful! "Celebrating a milestone birthday should not require constant cleaning of roaches. And the resolution was a small bottle of roach spray. After constant texting someone came and fumigated which resulted in roaches going belly up and is as paid guests to clean it up. Not cool. The response was it's the islands and there are always roaches. Not in the description before purchase. Still fighting for deposit to be returned. Stay at your own caution."

"The host provided a very warm welcome. The property was perfect for us with all amenities provided and a well stocked kitchen. The garden, terrace and pool were perfect for relaxation.Great location close to amazing restaurants and the beach. "This property is beautiful, clean and quiet. It is a gem within Nassau. Only downside is there is only one restaurant here to eat at. It is very pricey and drinks are very pricey as well.
