"I never write reviews for these sites but feel obliged to for this hostel. It was a total disaster. From the get go the communication was awful. I emailed the owners to arrange transport as stated on the website. After days of hearing nothing they replied saying "it can be arranged" - and other than this there were no further emails. I emailed multiple times and even called but there was no further contact off the owners. On arrival into Nassau there was no one there for a pick up - to be honest...

"Mike and Karra were very friendly and accommodating. They made the check in process very simple to understand and we had no issues. They even offered to drive us back to the airport the morning we left and to get groceries, since we didn't rent a vehicle. "Beautiful experience from beginning to end. If you want a quiet, relaxing vacay… this is it. Limited children No noice. No circus atmosphere. Just a stunning infinity pool, comfortable pool seating, lovely private beach, gorgeous main building and a huge, comfortable room with kitchenette. The people were all so helpful and friendly. No need to find another place for us in Nassau. This is it. Book it. "
