There is a fire pit and a deck with an outdoor grill (didn’t get a chance to use either even though we bought camp wood). Location for purpose of our leaf peeping trip was ok. AC units in several of the rooms. We only found heat in main room— not sure if just missed it or what but was ok. Didn’t have time to use...

"8 college friends gathered at this property, a short drive to Sacandaga Lake. Large fully stocked kitchen, dining room seats 10, living room with fireplace and TV, plenty of sleeping space. Was easily able to communicate with owner and hope to return soon."
