"Great location to explore the city (15-minute walk to the City Palace, Hawa Mahal, etc). It is located on a busy corner which has its perks and disadvantages. The staff is very helpful and kind, the room was clean and delicious food was available at the restaurant for breakfast. We struggled a bit with getting hot water in the shower but that’s probably on us! "

"We had an incredible, amazing experience staying at the hotel. The palace transported you into a long ago era and let you experience what it feels like to live as a Maharaja or one of his royal dignitaries. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our every needs. The food was unforgettable. We still talk about our meal experiences at the palace. A definite bucket list type of experience."

"Location: very convenient, can walk to Albert hall, city palace, Hawaii mahal etc. Also close to a lot of clothing and accessories shop Comfort: has unlimited hot water which is rare in India at this price point. Has all amenities but toilet does smell like the sewer a bit with cockroach. Environment: has nice rooftop bar with live music, but does get quite loud and room soundproofing is not great. All and all would still recommend it."

(Nov 14, 2022) When he arrived on the property, he asked the manager/owner for use of the bathroom (after his 6-hr car ride) before checking-in. "Property was very good. Restaurant was good, but buffet was rather small and restaurant was very chilly. It was New Year's Eve and so the place was too crowded for my taste. Also the shopping arcade in the hotel was just okay. Had to get a small heater in our room to maintain the temperature. TV didn't have cable or streaming capabilities. WIFI barely worked in the room though it worked in the lobby. WIFI was more of an issue than it should have been for a hotel this size and caliber."

"The hotel is in pathetic condition. They dont care about the experience at all. Our rooms were not cleaned before we checked in. Washroom had a burnt cigarette on the floor. Bedsheet was torn. Lamp was broken. The tv was not working. This is when we paid the price of a good hotel. The only reason its alive is because its in the middle of the market. But for what they charge and the service they provide its not worth it. Better to look for some other hotel and visit the market. "

This is no way a fair deal, there was unnecessary loss of money. The staff and the service was OK.
