She brought a blow up mattress for our grandkids to sleep on and had it all set up for our late arrival! She always leaves a little treat for us upon arrival. "Its a great place to stay, came to Sacramento for a full week of training and family enjoyed the place. There were a couple things that were out of place like some bag of left over chips left in the cupboard and some one elses sandals but overall it was a great place to stay. "

"This property was overall very nice. Several amenities were as described. The view was very pretty. Sunset was breathtaking and serene. There were several sitting areas. Being able to pick citrus off the trees in the morning to make fresh orange juice for mimosas was pretty awesome.Downside to the property was when we entered, it smelled like sewer. "Listing was exactly what we got! Theres a ton of room here, yard was very entertaining (even in winter) and the decoration was very thoughtful. Pool toys and towels available, EV charger, games, and garage access. Our infant used the available crib which was already set up in the huge walk-in closet for us, saving us the use of an additional bedroom. Great set up. "We go to Fairoaks/folsom area twice a year to visit with family. This house is amazing, clean, quiet neighborhood. Yvonne was a great host. Also we had to cancel 3 weeks ago due to brush fire close to my house and Yvonne was very considerate that she let us change our stay without extra charge. We are planning to stay in this house 2-3x/year and will book our next stay in February. "
