"Don't let the proximity to the freeway concern you. The unit is below grade, so it's super quiet. Everything worked well: hot water, water pressure, Wi-Fi, temperature, etc. Parking was at first a concern, but we had no problem (Thus - Sun). The hosts were super friendly and quick to respond to any questions. We would stay there again!"

I chose not to stay at the property due to concerns over safety and cleanliness and the "owner" Jasmine only refunded a portion of the rental fee. "The studio was a very nice and comfortable place to stay. All the amenities you need are available, kitchen was full size and living area was comfortable and worked well for the visit. Host (Noah) was always available and quick to respond if any questions needed answered. Very convenient to UC Davis Medical Center, my purpose this trip. Would definitely recommend and if in the area again I will definitely look him up again!"
