"The studio suite was very clean, uncluttered, and aesthetically attractive. It was very quiet and peaceful with a lovely view of water through the trees. Apparently there was even a wind storm while we were there but we heard nothing. The only thing we missed were walking trails. Walking was on the road and parks were a car ride away."

"The wise place is a great place to stay great walking/running trails near by Shawnigan Lake grocery and great restaurants are all in walking distance. Inside the home was well layout and stocked with the basics. Our daughter was able to join us for a couple days and slept on the pull out couch and was amazed at how comfortable it was (the best she has had) master bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed hearing the sealions on the doc in the morning. The town is lovely with an excellent coffee house and bakery steps away. And a handful of options for lunch and dinner. I'd stay here again for a weekend getaway."

Unit is small but well laid out and suitable for two or three guests. "A beautiful property with such lovely hosts. Val and Paul were welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. The stay far exceeded my expectations. It was ideally located for my needs and the fenced yard was perfect for my dog. Fozzie made himself at home and didn't take long to learn where to get the best scritches. "This suite is modern, incredibly clean, and well maintained. The kitchen is new and well equipped and the bathroom also new with great storage. The bed is queen sized, and the duvet and sheets wonderful. I was most impressed by the lovely welcome package, that made our first few mornings a delight. The only negative would be the lack of a view, but this was perfect for the season and our length of stay. The unit was still very bright. "
