"My family had a blast at Natra Bintan. This resort is very family friendly, all the staff are very polite and helpful. We signed up the kids activities package with Treasure Bay, if you are hotel guest, you will enjoy 20% off discount which is a really good deal as you can utilize the voucher for 2 days span. We also love the food at the hotel, kids eat for free and there is a good variety of choices. I highly recommend this resort and will definitely revisit again in the near future."

"It was an exceptional experience. I was checked in and checked out by Ms Nara, who was super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed talking with all their counter staff in fact. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast spread was good and tasty. The location of the hotel was really good. Grand Mall Batam is just next door and connected with the hotel. Nagoya Hill Shopping centre is just a 5 mins drive away. There are also 3 really good Spas located just beside the hotel. All in all, it was a wonderful stay in the hotel and i would definitely bring my family here again. "

"Tranquility, the view, and the hospitality and service of the staff in the resort. Quite far from city centre, but expensive food (though the food in Pantai is good & worth the money paid) and a lot of mosquitoes and lizards in the property. The state and condition of the furnishing and villa could have been maintained better, but otherwise had a memorable stay in the property. "

"Comfy bed and clean room. The toilet is big too. Only thing that need to improve is the check in process. Should try to limit each check in to 5 mins. Otherwise it will be a long wait for guests to check in. "

"Rooms are clean and comfortable. The grounds are well maintained and the surroundings are quite beautiful. There are only two dining choices on weekdays and there many things to do during the day as the city and towns are not close and there are no interesting places to visit nearby. It's great if you want to sit around the pool all day, but not if you want to get out and see things."
