"We had fantastic and memorable time at Regent Taipei. The staffs were so kind to the customers, especially Yuki and Jenny from Taipan lounge, since arrival they welcomed us with lovely smile and assisted us with everything! And Jasmine from Robin’s Grill, we had amazing meal (I highly recommend this place). From their amazing customer service, we will definitely come back this year! "Just opposite Taipei station front door and is easy assessible by taking Z2 (stairs) and Z4 (lift). Hotel provide daily housekeeping service and free laundry (3 washing machine)and 3 dryers service at 3rd floor, you just need to use TWD 10 to buy detergent from auto machine inside laundry room. "
