You can request a bed frame to elevate the futon, but it's better to request a bed when making the reservation (although you may enjoy sleeping on a futon, Japanese style)."

My only complaint is that because some floors were smoking, sometimes the lobby area smelled enough like cigarettes to give me a headache. Location is good for new Shinkansen station. Sidewalks ok."

They also had a choice of three free gifts which I picked the box which to my wife was a delight as it was a miniature Origami set. Room was clean and comfortable. "
