"I was late to check in due to a delayed flight so missed the staff however they were so useful on the phone and allowed me to check in late. They then checked I was okay the following morning. I was offered a fresh set of towels and a room clean mid way through my stay. Staff were very friendly throughout."

"Room very small but offered all the comforts plus a beautiful sky view. Very clean. The only weird thing, that I didn't understand, was all lactose free at the breakfast. I would have preferred a yoghurt with his " fermenti lattici vivi ". Smiling was an effort for the staff but available anyway."

And I had a free upgrade . The room is huge ! Bed very comfortable as expected . Breakfast spread was excellent . And thanks to Elite. I got to know about “overnight oats” …. hmmmmm interesting for an Asian like me . googled the receipt and will prepare when home The body lotion is very nice "
