We were disappoints that we tried to canceled house rental they refused cost me 500$ for not using this house . we did tried to cancelled almost a week.Others were helpful and respected each other. "One of our best stays ever, in a fantastic house with a lovely garden and a superb view over the lake. João, the grandson of the owners, was very helpful. Cannot recommend it more highly, especially for those who love older houses, with high ceilings, wooden shutters, etc. For some things,perhaps it showed there no longer was a small army maintaining the estate, but to us that only added to the charm. Hope to come back!"

"Had a wonderful stay in Furnas. Villa was modern and clean, and had everything we needed. Great location…just steps away from thermal baths. Host was very helpful also. Would highly recommend."
