"The Apartments were great for our one week stay. Having the extra space compared to a hotel room was greatly appreciated. The apartments were clean and well maintained. The location is perfect since you’re less than a 5 minute walk to the Duoro River, Don Luis Bridge and many restaurants. The only small confusion was where to check-in and access the apartment on the first day since you have to check- in at the main hotel and then cross the street to get to the apartments. "

Good quality breakfast although not available until 8am so may be an issue if coming for work and an early start. Rooms very high quality, clean, quiet and nice touches from housekeeping each day. "We stayed here for two nights , lovely clean apartment, walking distance to historic area and lots of restaurants and shopping by 15 min walk , if you like to go uphill restaurants it’s accessible but it’s a long hike , David in front desk helped us to get the Uber very nice and friendly staff . "We were greeted warmly with many excellent recommendations about Porto. Rita told us about the city and the history of the accommodation. It was beautiful, very attractive and a restored heritage building We loved our time and were welcomed with a bottle of wine. Just before we left we found a box of the traditional tarts at our door. "We spent three hours in the cold and dark trying to get access into the building. Prior to arriving, we didn’t receive the email telling procedures for access. We call the support people eight times for help to get the access code. The elevator would not take us to the 4th floor, but would come to the 4th to take us down. Very clean and quiet. "
