"とても雰囲気があり、オーナーさんのこだわりを感じるホテルです。スタッフの方も感じがよく、リラックスできました。エアストリームの客室は、寝室・バストイレに行くのに外に出るので不便さはありますが、子供たちもとても喜んでいました。少し残念だったのは、部屋のWiFiが繋がらなかった事(山だから仕方ない?)と、朝ごはんがシンプル過ぎだった事(盛付けなどは素敵です)。今回は悪天候でしたが、お天気が良ければ歩いて行ける田貫湖や、敷地内のお散歩などもっと楽しめると思いました。機会があれば、また行きたいホテルです。"

"Amazing hotel with stunning views of Lake Ashi. All-inclusive resort style, with Breakfast and dinner buffet included. Onsen with indoor and open air pools, all necessary toiletries provided, toothbrush/toothpaste, razors, q tips, combs, amazing skin care products! The Hakone Ropeway is just a 3-5 minute walk. It was a very relaxing and rejuvenating stay. Definitely recommend and would love to stay here again!"
