Luckily, a male college join in later and helped me to sort out the issue and finally I got a room to stay! "

"Amazing value for money, great staff and good amenities. Only gripe I had was we didn’t receive any room service throughout our stay which was a shame but access to the leisure centre was good! AC didn’t work either so can get quite stuffy at night The hotel is a 10/15 drive from the centre but honestly didn’t phase us as we got one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. "
