"Pros: Really good communication from host. Decorated nicely. Log burner (extra charge if using hosts logs). "We found the property clean but lacking, certainly not "Superb". The decor was sparse e.g. bare light bulbs. Negatives Bathroom: no mirror, no towel rails, only one hand towel in the property for three. Kitchen: Two sets of knives & forks for three, no large glasses or wine glasses, no fire blanket/extinguisher, no downstairs smoke alarm I could spot. "Nice clean rooms, great free safe parking. Nothing is a problem with the staff. Good breakfast, not many guests seem to use this service though, maybe lower the price and you will attract more guests buying instead of losing them to the nearby Toby inn breakfast. All in all I will always use this hotel , friendliness,clean and great staff."
