"Booked a lakeview room. Opened curtains and saw HUGE air-conditioning unit instead. Front desk moved us immediately to better room. Great scenic trails around hotel and park. Would definitely go back."

"This is our second year staying here in order to go on the Christmas train ride. It has always been clean and staff are friendly. The only issue we had this year was our tv went out and we called the front desk, they said to wiggle the cables etc and the internet may be not working. We tried all that, but it didnt work. We just decided to head to bed early. Other than that fluke, everything was wonderful. Small breakfast, with just enough options for kids and adults. We will stay here again no doubt. "
