"Where do I begin??? This is NOT a hotel. It should be rated as an upper-end HOSTEL. Pay for the Television power cord to use the TV??? Really??? The staff is very friendly and the town of Hauteluce is nice, though more than 10 minutes from Les Saisies. Cheap & tired beds, no oven, NO comfortable chairs, very poor internet and expensive. The covered parking is nice, but also costs. We did NOT pay hostel prices, but received hostel lodging. If you're looking for a Hotel, this is not for you."

"2 Grand parents 3 grand children We took the appartment for 12 !! # brilliant - bike rides ,tennis,walking, Sunset Beach Restaurant a short drive lovely staff even better food at extremely reasonable prices The only problem was the outdoor pool ( open until 30 Sept) was closed And rthe uindoor pool- open all year round was also closed A big disappointment for the kids -a bit less so for me !!"

"Linen not included had to pay extra, had to leave a large deposit. Reception barely open, and contact number never answered or responded. Property not very clean on arrival, but for the price the property was pretty good. Pool opening times not convenient for use in conjunction with skiing!"

"Being that my stay was in June, it was very difficult to find transport to and from without my own car. Limited front desk hours (ability to check in) also made this more difficult to coordinate. The beds/pillows were not comfortable, BUT, the space was excellent. I was there to hike and enjoy the scenery and I did. "It was not clear on booking that the hotel was spread over several different chalet buildings within the village and so if you were not in the main building you basically didn’t have practical access to any of the amenities like the spa and swimming pool. Furthermore the ratio of amenities to guests is totally overloaded and so the spa was always very congested without proper changing facilities. Like most Pierre residence properties, very misleading once again."

"No mention of the cleaning pack you are entitled to at check in - we had to ask (and only knew about it as we had stayed before). Would be good if bread/croissants could be delivered to the apartments rather than collecting at reception. Despite being told we could park anywhere in the covered parking we still had a note left on our car asking us to remove it - some better organisation would be good "

"This is a very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment located a few minutes drive from St Martin de Belleville and the ski slopes of the fantastic 3 Valleys. Like most ski accommodation, it is quite compact but all facilities are relatively new and modern and work well for a family of 4. The views from the apartment are good and Les Varcins is a pretty place to stay with a few traditional chalet style buildings. Shops and restaurants etc are in St Martin.
