"Was the lovely ground floor area of a larger chalet, with the owners living upstairs. The chalet is located near the top of a small village on a winding country lane, so be aware, if you are coming in the winter you may find this challenging to get up! But it was beautifully peaceful and at the start of a walk either down to get a lovely glimpse of Lake Annecy or up (which we didn't try) towards the rough peak standing above you. "We enjoyed our stay at the lakefront cabin. The house is well equipped with modern amenities. We appreciated the charming decor, dock for swimming and bistro table with incredible Views. We enjoyed walking to the boulangerie for croissants every morning. The traffic noise was off putting but otherwise an excellent place to stay."

"Vi bookede onsdag og da vi ikke efter 24 timer havde fået detaljer om adresse på vores bolig samt hvor vi skulle hente nøgle var vi allerede bekymrede. Der var ikke hjælp at hente hos vrbo og ikke nemt med en udlejer der kun talte fransk. Vi fik dog en adresse torsdag via en datter og et mobilnummer. Da vi ankom 2 døgn senere blev røret lagt på når vi ringede op og da vi endelig fandt boligen kunne vi konstatere der boede nogle andre i vores hus. Så kom udlejer og fik os vist hen til et andet...

"2 Grand parents 3 grand children We took the appartment for 12 !! # brilliant - bike rides ,tennis,walking, Sunset Beach Restaurant a short drive lovely staff even better food at extremely reasonable prices The only problem was the outdoor pool ( open until 30 Sept) was closed And rthe uindoor pool- open all year round was also closed A big disappointment for the kids -a bit less so for me !!"

"This is a very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment located a few minutes drive from St Martin de Belleville and the ski slopes of the fantastic 3 Valleys. Like most ski accommodation, it is quite compact but all facilities are relatively new and modern and work well for a family of 4. The views from the apartment are good and Les Varcins is a pretty place to stay with a few traditional chalet style buildings. Shops and restaurants etc are in St Martin. Communication was good and with Joseph living...
