"The room was very cosy for our couples weekend get away! We got a bit cold but we were kindly given a portable radiator and soon we were very toasty. It was also interesting learning the history of the place as this is my third time staying at the Ostrich - but it made it all the more fun! It was also nice to see the exterior Christmas lights still up. I’ve always regarded this inn my happy place - thank you!"

"Check in was a little difficult to find as it was at the side of the bar. Service was friendly. Was surprised that there was only 1 chair in the room even though it wa a double room. Bathroom seemed very "squished" due to slope of wall. Could have been made square and then there would be more room and place to put hooks for towels. It felt a little clostrophobic Pleasant stay and breakfast was good."

"Although a couple of administrative issues were encountered, these were immediately and appropriately reacted to. Accommodation, food (breakfast and dinner), bar and service all excellent. Lovely traditional rural pub with rooms. Great location close to Windsor and Heathrow. "

"The rooms were very comfortable and clean, this hotel is a great option convenient to Marlow and Bray, friendly welcome and price. The staff were very friendly and we had everything we needed for our stay, complimentary water, tea, coffee and biscuits and tipple were a nice touch. There is no carpark but we used the carpark close by which was fine. "Excellent Concierge/Receptionist. Apartment was clean, quiet and thankfully warm - the receptionist told us he had put the heating on that afternoon for us, so it might be too warm - what a lovely gesture "

"We enjoyed the stay compare to other properties in London, however I wish the stay will be more comfortable if the mattresses were 8 to 10inch as current mattress feel you sleep on rock hard surface. In addition I would use professional cleaners to clean the APT. "

"The staff were marvellous and the position of the hotel was really good. I arrived feeling jet-lagged and in pain from a neck injury. I got a bit confused and they helped to sort me out with great patience and care. They were all very helpful and kind. Jackie who I think was the manager was vert reassuring and made me feel at ease despite my going down to reception several times with various issues. The location is excellent - the entry to the hotel is in Terminal 3 - great position for arriving and leaving the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone."
