"We had a newly renovated room. Very comfortable and clean. Only negative was the lack of space to store items - only one drawer for small items. There was a hanging closet. The bathroom had very little space to store personal items. The restaurant was very good. Location was good also."

"Lovely hotel in downtown Charlottetown. Central to dining and shopping, easy walk to the waterfront. Parking is valet only, but requests for your car are very fast and easy. Room was new and modern. The only drawback is that the bathroom door is frosted glass with a clear border and limited sound reduction, so your roommate gets disturbed if you use the bathroom in the middle of the night."

"Beautiful property. We stayed in the Dorchester House and had the whole place to ourselves. The jet tub was awesome and enjoyed having a kitchen, washer and dryer to do some laundry and a nice TV room. Location is excellent and within walking distance to lots of restaurants and sights. Will definitely stay there next time in Charlottetown."

"Easy check in with friendly staff. Room was located in the Conference Centre which unfortunately had a strange smell as soon as you walked through the door. Our room was compact but well furnished. The hotel overall seemed a bit tired and in need of some upkeep. It was in a convenient location with most of Charlottetown's amenities in easy walking distance. Would we stay again? I think we would consider elsewhere."
