Downtown Seattle definitely feels grittier since I was here a number of years ago but the hotel itself felt safe and clean. I would definitely stay here again if I come back. There is no pool so it may not be exciting for families but it was great for my purposes. "

"The only thing better than the hotel itself is the stellar staff. We went for our honeymoon and every single person working there made us feel special. The room was beautiful with a great view. The heat works great for thise cold rainy Seattle days. The hot tub is very hot and the pool is nice and warm. The restaurant had excellent battenders and servers and a solid french onion soup. Giselle made sure we had a great room for our special trip with a few special treats! and John helped us to book an extra night as well like it there so much. The tub was nice and big with pleanty of hot water on the 17th floor. "
