"We had a such a wonderful time at the Appleton property. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. The home was very large, well decorated and made us feel at home. It was so nice to not live out of suitcase. It had all to conveniences of home, dishwasher, washer, dryer, large kitchen and two bathrooms. A very large family room, formal dining room and formal living room. The four bedrooms were very comfortable. We look forward to renting this property again when we are in the Appleton area. "

"I have rented on this lake the last 4 years. This place is a better fit for my family. It's safer. More railings, steps to pier and into lake are not so steep and have railings. Maybe a face washcloth in each bathroom would be nice. Also extra toilet paper in each bath would be nice. The holder in the master bath is coming koose from the wall. I honestly didn't do it. I noticed when I was changing the roll. Hope to rent for many years to come.downstairs"

"My family (9 adults) stayed at Sunset Cove for the weekend to attend a family wedding. The house was very comfortable, roomy, and full of all the amenities a large group would need. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful, and the view was lovely ... A bird watchers paradise. The host promptly responded to all questions and issues. My family and I are hoping to return next summer to further explore the lakes and outdoor activities."

"Brenda was a spectacular host. She offered early check-in but we ended up working late so she offered late check out. Had everything we needed and more. Pet friendly for our pup as well. Would love to come back again!"

"We wanted a place to stay not too far away from Green Bay and this worked perfect! Near the interstate but far enough removed from the bustle. The place was just perfect for our family. There were 9 of us ages 7 years all the way to 76! Enjoyed the paddle boat, had a fire in the fire pit, played card games on the deck and corn hole. When it was game day, we were only about 45 min away. "

"The home was very clean. Plenty of space. Loved the porch viewing the lake. Host was fast at communicating. Loved the Narnia closet so cute! We went up with a group of friends we enjoyed the view of the lake, the local restaurants were within minutes and just how spacious it was. "The house was very spacious! Our team was really happy to be able to stay all together instead of spreading out in a hotel! And less expensive! Very easy to communicate with the owner. The only reason I gave only 4 stars for location/neighborhood was the parking. We had 7 cars so had to shuffle around a little so we weren’t parking on the side of the road. We were laughing about how big the closets were upstairs, they were like another bedroom!! Awesome place to stay for a bigger group!"
