"All the resort staff we met were friendly, keen to help and knowledgeable. The resort Rangers were exceptional, we attended 5 guided walks and talks about K'gari's plants and animals and geology. Each Ranger was extremely knowledgeable about their subject matter, and communicated in a clear and engaging style with a wide range of people who attended the activities However, the general condition of the resort was less than expected, and bordered on being "tired".
