"Excellent place to stay. We would definitely book again. It is so peaceful, quiet, and cozy. Beautiful backyard. It was a great place for children. Everything worked perfectly. "The listing was accurate. The house was clean and very comfortable. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. The only drawback was that the location was on a main road making exiting the property a little tricky. The bedroom we used was in the back so the noise was minimal. There is adequate parking in the driveway. Would recommend. "

"We loved the warm southern feeling decor and thoroughly enjoyed the activities in the backyard with nice clean hot tub, pool table and grill. It was too chilly out to swim in the pool but maybe next time "

"This is a really beautiful little home. It’s well decorated and has tons of space. Very convenient to downtown Durham and the airport. There were some dishes in the cabinets and one of my towels was covered in hair. There is also a fair bit of road noise and some noise from the nearby railway. Make sure you bring coffee if you want to drink it while you’re there. The house only has decaf. While I’m sure the host is very nice, I found the communication suboptimal. We left a personal item after checkout, and we were able to retrieve it right away no questions asked. The location is safe and quiet, and the home is very clean with large bedrooms. "We went to Wake Forest for the memorial service for a family member. I picked this place because it was close to the places we needed to go. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was, one of the nicest VRBO’s that we have rented. It was very clean and in a very nice neighborhood!"
