"The property overall was amazing. The young man at the front desk went out of his way to make everything perfect. There was one person - a woman working the breakfast that went out of her way to be rude- the Expedia app said they provide room service so I called to get coffee and breakfast brought up. Turns out they only provide evening room service. No where do they tell you this. The woman said in a curt tone, “You’re going to have to come down and get it yourself”. Wow. Every other staff member was kind and professional. I will come back but now I know not to get breakfast there. "

"I have stayed here several times and have never been charged for parking. This time, after I checked in, I was told there was a parking fee per day! Nothing about this on the prepaid reservation! It was waived. Thank you. Extra charges such as parking are usually disclosed prior to booking. I will think twice before booking at this location."
