Plenty of room for everyone to gather and to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped allowing us to share many meals together. Travis quickly responded to the few questions we had."

"The hosts were very easy to work with, and the house was in great condition. Very nicely decorated, modern, had all the necessities. The neighborhood--the street and nearby commercial district--are definitely in transition and not ideal for walking. We felt uncomfortable taking our dogs out, even as people who have lived in NYC/Chicago during the 80s :-). While it might feel different to people who are from the area or live on the street, it's a hard place to land for visitors."

The ambience of backyard and the quiet atmosphere made it perfect for an outdoor dinner. The interior of the home was just a cozy. Larry and Sarah was so kind and outgoing and made this a smooth experience."

"Cute, very clean, comfortable house with all that we needed for the stay. It was five of us. I wished there was a privacy curtain instead of a see through glass in the shower; that way we could have shared the one bathroom when needed. Beautiful house with the teeter tot swing in the huge backyard and the gazebo for reading a book and watching the red moon in March 2025. Thank you!"

"I would give the home and the hosts 20 stars if possible. The place was fantastic, well appointed and stocked. Everything was spotlessly clean. The view of Kerr Lake was fabulous, and the sunsets... wow. My wife and I were completely pleased. The hosts were great to work with, fantastic communication and they were very accommodating for our need to slip the reservation a day due to a snow storm in the area. I would highly recommend this rental. "
