"The front guest service (he was a guy) very helpful and attentive. Thumbs up! But the server in the restaurant is not that kind specially night time 2 men. The breakfast is clean and nice (staffs are nice too). And facility is out of nowhere so you need to find yourself to get out if you want to go out and eat. However overall I like the stay and will stay again here for the show. Because this venue is specially for the show. "

"Stayed for 3 nights, the hotel itself is impressive and modern, although the rooms don't quite live up to the appearance of the lobby. Very friendly and helpful staff, the room was very clean and comfortable! Had an issue getting into my room each night due to the room card being a bit temperamental (don't keep it anywhere near your phone or wallet, although i kept mine separate and it still wouldn't work) but that was a minor issue to what otherwise was a lovely and welcoming stay! "

"My family really enjoyed our stay. We visited here 17 years ago on our honeymoon and it was nice to show our kids this castle that we stayed in all those years ago. The food at the restaurant was really good and the breakfast was standard European breakfast. "
