"Booked for a family vacation to the beach in southern Italy and what a surprise. Hotel was up the hill form the beach in a quitter location but still so close to the lively Tropea. Rooms were very clean and parking was easy in a gated lot. Breakfast was perfect on the balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. Would stay here again."

Deluxe room did have loud adjacent church bells that woke us up at 7am/ 7:30 etc. normally wouldn’t have bothered us… but felt more disruptive than it should have only because the A/C (weak to begin with) turned off several times during the night and would not come back On for some time. "The three rooms, bedroom, lounge and bathroom were spotless. The location was 10 minutes from train station and close to main street. There were breakfast coupons included for you to go to one of the cafes for coffee and crossant. There were 2 tvs and aircon.. everything worked well. Emailed owner re arrival time and he was there to meet us. Nice man although limited english my partner understood Italian). Lovely place to stay "
