"The three rooms, bedroom, lounge and bathroom were spotless. The location was 10 minutes from train station and close to main street. There were breakfast coupons included for you to go to one of the cafes for coffee and crossant. There were 2 tvs and aircon.. everything worked well. Emailed owner re arrival time and he was there to meet us. Nice man although limited english my partner understood Italian). Lovely place to stay "

"We made a reservation for this place, not really knowing what we were getting into on the way from Crotone to Soverato. The place is in Satriano: a delightful modern palazzina, in quiet area high on the hill, with easy street parking and, with a car, easy access to Soverato. "Very comfortable and well located inn with a sweeping view of Mediterranean. Dominic welcomed my children and I after normal check-in hours which was very much appreciated. Breakfast was a nice selection of juices, pastries, and coffee prepared by Dominic. Covered parking was an unexpected plus. "This bed and breakfast has completely new furnishings and interior decoration with a lovely sparkly silver design. The breakfast is self service and has everything that a traveler needs. The bed was comfortable and the heating and air conditioning were easy to operate. "Modern B&B in a converted apartment building. A little difficult to find (other guests staying also had the same problem) as it shows the back entrance on Google maps. Plenty of free, secure parking available once inside. Make sure to notify the property when you are arriving as it is not staffed all the time. Lovely host though. Property is out of town but not a problem if you have a car."
