The reception was warm, welcoming and could not be more helpful My room was large (executive), warm, cosy with a great sized bed that was really comfortable The food was good, great choices, fresh and delicious, shame i could not put on room or open a tab. Spirit drinks were limited in choice. All in all a great stay and would look to use this chain again through the East of England"
